Every part of this weekend is run by people who volunteered. Kitchen, setup, the ticket booth, cleanup — an hour genuinely helps.
What it actually involves
The festival is run entirely by volunteers. Shifts are usually two to three hours, so you still get to enjoy most of the weekend. You do not need to speak Polish or have done it before — someone will show you the ropes.
