Who you are, a phone number, and the best email to reach you on.

What you sell
Food, crafts, imported goods, services. If food, list the items so we can check it against the parish kitchen menu.

Space you need
Booth footprint, whether you bring your own tent or table, and whether you need electricity.

Which days
All three days is standard, but tell us if you can only make part of September 18-20, 2026.

Permits, if food
Harris County food handling requirements apply to prepared food. We will tell you what is needed for your category.

Vendor Booth
A space in the festival market for the full weekend. Food vendors, craft sellers, importers and small businesses all welcome.
Sponsorship
Put your name on the festival: stage, program, banners and social. Packages scale from local business to headline sponsor.
Silent Auction Donation
Donate a piece to the silent auction. Handmade work, art, and traditional craft find the most enthusiastic bidders.
